Biography
Victor is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with more than 30 years of experience working for Big-Four firms such as PwC and KPMG, and for investment banking firms in Mexico. Victor has been involved in many business valuation engagements including intangible assets. Victor has also solid experience in the origination and execution of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and debt offerings, as well as M&A transactions and structured finance transactions.
