Biography
As a mergers & acquisitions advisor Adam works closely with business owners to realize their goals for exiting their companies in the manufacturing, distribution and B2B service sectors. Adam also performs business valuations and advises investors looking to acquire businesses.
Adam enjoys working with successful business owners who are also committed to the well-being of their employees and the communities they serve. As the board chair of a closely held family business, Adam has personal experience navigating the challenges of exit planning and succession. His clients appreciate his integrity and his strong dealmaking and project management skills.
Prior to joining Exit Strategies, Adam worked in business operations, business development, strategy, and sustainability. Over his 20-year professional career, he has been an entrepreneur, an ISO-9001 quality auditor and the global director of an audit and consulting practice focused on the manufacturing and distribution sectors. This broad experience gives him the ability to work comfortably across a range of businesses, and to provide clients with comprehensive M&A brokerage services that optimize results.
Adam has a bachelor’s degree (BA) from UC Berkeley, a Master of Forestry from Oregon State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Presidio School of Management.
